Manufacturing Issue Update
about 5 years ago – Sat, Nov 02, 2019 at 01:57:35 AM

Hey everyone,

We are still working with our manufacturing partner. We did compare the pre-production copy of the Game Trayz insert with the production copy, and there was a notable reduction in thickness between the two. They have been slow to respond to us so far. We are still working to fix it, by Monday we should have heard back.

Thank you again for your patience. We will keep you updated.

Manufacturing Issues
about 5 years ago – Thu, Oct 31, 2019 at 03:21:42 AM

Hey Backers,

We know that many of you have had issues with your copies of Reavers. Our manufacturing partner is still heading home from Essen and we are waiting to hear back from them.   As soon as we hear back we will be coming up with a plan and letting you know what is needed from you to get this rectified.  We expect to have something within the next 48 hours.

**NOTE**

--The 2 non-exclusive unlocked Prophecy and Reaver cards were included with the sets of cards, they were not bundled with the exclusives.

--Regarding the Food and Favor tokens, the counts are different because we added the 5's for both of them.

Thank you all again for your patience.

Shipping and Fulfillment Update
about 5 years ago – Wed, Oct 16, 2019 at 02:04:47 AM

Hey all,

We have some new information for all of you backers,

US/Canada/Brazil

Your games have all arrived to our warehouse in St.Louis. We will be sending most of them back out immediately to our fulfillment partners to begin the process. For those of you who ordered other GFG games we will be shipping directly to you from here.

EU/UK

The boat is scheduled to reach the port on November 13th.

Asia

VFI will receive their shipment by the end of the week.

Australia

The boat is scheduled to reach the port on November 22nd.

Neoprene Mats

We wanted to let you all know that due to the way they were packed the stickers with the barcode were placed directly on the mat itself. When you receive your playmat and remove the sticker, it might leave an adhesive residue behind. You will be able to remove it easily by just rubbing it with your finger. Due to the way the mats are made, it is impossible to smudge or smear the image. We have tested several in-house to make sure but there is no reason to worry. We have a side-by-side image for you all to compare.

Essen

We have seen several of you ask what the plan is at Essen and we wanted to fill you all in. There will be some airshipped copies of the kickstarter edition for sale at the booth (Hall 2 Booth C112) for the full MSRP of $90. Our intent was to have EU copies at fulfillment centers right around the time of Essen. Unfortunately, international freight is rarely as straightforward as that and some unforseen delays have resulted in those copies now being scheduled to arrive at our fulfillment partners a couple weeks after the convention. Obviously, we would have preferred for every backer to have their games first and are extremely sorry that this is not the case.

Thank you all for your support, it means the world to us.

Shipping and After the Empire
about 5 years ago – Wed, Sep 25, 2019 at 12:38:03 AM

Hey backers,

We wanted to share some updated information with you all. The US/Canadian games are on the oocl tokyo. Here's a link if you want to keep track of the ships progress.

The EU and Rest of World shipments are being loaded now and we will have that ship data for you as soon as possible.

After the Empire

We also wanted to give a brief shout out to our current kickstarter campaign After the Empire. We are hitting the final stretch now and think that some of you might really like the game. It is a worker-placement game set in the Medieval ages. You each rule your own small fiefdom, and are trying to grow it and make it more prosperous throughout the game. The key, is that there are invaders, hordes of enemies roam the countryside and will attack players based on how much wealth their kingdom holds.

This is a project that we are really excited about. One of our major goals with this project was to make a thematic game like Champions of Midgard but slightly heavier. The game looks amazing when it is all set up with all the castles, soldiers, and invaders on the board and you really feel like you're defending your own fiefdom.

If a mid-weight thematic euro about defending and growing a kingdom sounds appealing to you then check it out here!

Once again, thank you so much! We appreciate your support, and can't wait for Reavers to be in your hands!

Quick Manufacturing/Shipping Update
about 5 years ago – Tue, Sep 10, 2019 at 03:36:46 AM

Hey Reavers backers,

We have some updated information for you!  If everything remains on schedule it looks like Reavers will arrive in our warehouse in St.Louis on around October 15th. From there we will begin U.S . fulfillment and backers should be receiving their games soon after. We are  very excited that the end is in sight!

For other backers around the world who backed the English (or French) version, expect those to go out relatively soon after and for most, certainly before end of October.  As we have better info, we will share it.

If you backed any other languages, we will have an update for you within a few days, but we expect them to be delivered around the same timeframe (within a week) as the English version.  Much of this is dependent on the publishers that localized the game as they will be handling all aspects of fulfillment for their language.

(For those interested in tracking the ship as it makes the journey across the globe, we'll have that information for you soon.)

Thank you all so much for your support! Reavers of Midgard wouldn't be what it is without you.
